Chengdu International Science & Technology Exchange Association (CISTEA) is a non-profit organization with independent legal personality, voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions and individuals engaged in scientific and technological R&D, achievement transformation, foreign exchange and cooperation, IP protection, etc.

Focusing on scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, the Association, widely uniting think tank experts and other professionals, provides platform services for the public to understand leading scientific and technological information and achievements at home and abroad, professional guidance for members' investment, cooperation, marketing, and IP protection, as well as support for the governments’ high-tech innovation and opening-up promotion.

It is under the guidance, supervision and administration of Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau and Chengdu Association for Science and Technology.

For now, the Association comprises International Media Resources Center, Legal Advisory Center, Sino-Japanese Talent Exchange and Resources Center, International Simultaneous Translation Center, Alumni Economy Development Center, Youth Science Popularization and HIBL Center, Rural Revitalization Center, Carbon Neutrality Promotion Center, International MICE Curating and Development Center, International Trade Information Consulting Center, Financial Technology Development Center, Supply Chain Logistics Development Center, and MICE Talent Committee.

Led by our excellent members, all these centers and committees are our publicity envoys, make contributions to the society by means of science and technology, and give priority to the needs of our members, so as to achieve resources sharing and win-win cooperation with each other.
