Jointly established by Sichuan Haojun Law Firm, Sichuan Fahe Social and Economic Consulting Co., Ltd., Chengdu Chizheng Legal Service Co., Ltd. and other legal service providers, Legal Advisory Center is committed to assisting the municipal party Committee, municipal government, various competent departments and relevant parks, public institutions and enterprises with their legal environment construction and IP protection.

Its service team consists of bilingual lawyers, senior social stability risk assessors, arbitrators, mediators, senior media personnel, heads of associations (chambers of commerce), HR managers, film and television directors, etc. Half of the staff have master's degree or above and rich practical experience. Think tank comprises postdoctoral cooperative tutors, doctoral tutors or master tutors  from well-known research institutes and higher education institutions such as Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences, Sichuan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Sichuan Normal University.
