Incorporated in 1998, Chengdu Tongyi is a senior service provider in simultaneous interpretation and high-quality translation, as well as the translation agency designated by the foreign-related departments of provincial and municipal governments. Owning experienced full-time simultaneous interpreters, as well as Bosch simultaneous interpreting equipment and wireless navigation equipment, the Center has been providing high-quality, low-cost translation services for all kinds of scenarios.

Nearly 240 times of simultaneous interpretation services are provided by the Center per year, covering medicine, finance, science and technology, politics, trade, literature and art, education, IT, energy, architecture and other fields.

In addition to famous domestic events such as Chengdu Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair, Western China International Fair, China International Software Cooperation Conference, EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair, and Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference, the Center has served a number of well-known international events such as UNWTO General Assembly, FORTUNE Global Forum, World Route 2016, Slow Food International Congress, and World Biomaterials Congress.
