GREEN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE GROUP FOR GIANT PANDA PROTECTION

In cooperation with the upcoming international exchange activity of giant panda protection, the Association intends to hold an oath ceremony for the establishment of the "Green Science and Technology Assistance Group for Giant Panda Protection" for its members technology enterprises, with the aim of enriching the activity and collecting high-quality resources for the "overall presentation" of the panda base reconstruction and expansion project and subsequent popularization of science.

As the name suggests, green science and technology is all sorts of science and technology featuring environmental protection, low carbon, energy saving, clear energy and other means for protecting nature, cultivating rare species, and optimizing ecology. Giant panda protection has always been concerned and valued at home and abroad. Achievements made in our province are inseparable from the assistance and support of our Japan friends Keio University and Hokkaido University, for example, some Sino-Japan joint construction projects, panda food bamboo forest, panda activity monitoring system, and baby panda playground.

The assistance group is composed of many excellent science and technology enterprises and friendly commercial associations called by the Association, and many domestic and foreign green technology representatives are also invited to participate.

Responding to the national call of "building a community of a shared future for mankind", the inaugural ceremony is to be held in the form of oath, to highlight the determination of China, especially Chengdu, to protect the ecology and build a green home.

A "Green Science and Technology Assistance Center for Giant Panda Protection" will be established by this chance, matchmaking the panda base reconstruction and expansion and related projects, and assisting Sichuan Agricultural International Exchange Association and Sichuan Association for the Promotion of International Hi-tech Exchange in utilizing the resources of the assistance group.
