The executive director of the Association Kaiyan Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. Divided into five departments, general manager's office, commerce division, business division, IP consulting team and project application team, the company engages to provide one-stop service for hi-tech enterprise certification, including but not limited to IP cultivation and guidance on R&D financing and RDPS report. At the same time, the company builds long-term cooperation with Xinjin Cross-strait Industrial Park and Wenjiang Cross-strait Industrial Park, aiming at the long-term and stable development of IP and project application.
